All installations are sold on a time and material basis. These packages are not fixed bid contracts.

 

The customer is responsible for supplying the following:

• Proper mounting bracket for TV
• Power outlet behind TV for wires out of sight applications
• Power A/V cables for TV and system hook-up
• Proper mounts and or stands for speakers if applicable
• Speaker wire. If retrofitting, speaker wire must be UL/CL3 rated
• Equipment must be located below TV for wires out of sight applications

 

The following services are NOT included in the standard cost for service:

• Re-retro of existing A/V cables and or jacks
• Assembly and or relocating A/V cabinets and furniture
• Mounting TV over fireplace (purchased separately)
• Non-standard frame/sheetrock and or masonry wall applications
• Sanding, painting and other finish work related to retrofitting
• Other non-standard work required to complete installation will be determined by installer
• No guarantee on every function and feature on every device when programming remotes

 

An in-home sight survey is recommended when non-standard applications exist.
